Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
We collect only what the apps need to work. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads. This page explains what we keep and your rights, including under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Account: your username, display name, a hashed password (never the password itself) and, if you sign in with Google, your Google email address, name and account ID.
- Sign-in security: time of your last sign-in, failed attempts and IP address, used to protect accounts from guessing.
- Shop data you enter: shop name, logo, phone, address, LINE ID, opening hours, PromptPay number, products, prices, stock, sales, staff accounts and services.
- Customer bookings: when a customer books or joins a queue, the name, optional phone number and note they type, the service and the time.
- Activity log: a record of who changed what in a shop, so owners can review it.
- Technical data: our servers log requests (time, page, IP address, browser) for security and fixing faults.
Why we use it
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.
- To run the apps you asked for: sign you in, keep your stock and sales, run your queue.
- To keep accounts and the service secure, and to find and fix faults.
- To answer you when you write to us.
Shops and customers
A shop decides what it records about its own customers and why, so the shop is responsible for that customer data. Yerjung stores and processes it on the shop's behalf and only to provide the service.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google tells us your verified email address, name and account ID. We use them only to find or create your account. We do not read your email, contacts or files. You can unlink Google from your account page at any time (set a password first if you have none).
How long we keep it
We keep account and shop data while the account is active. When a shop or account is deleted, we remove its data from live systems. Security logs and backups are kept for a short, limited period and then removed. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent you gave. If you think we mishandled your data you may complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Email support@yerjung.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We may need to confirm it is really you.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sessions are signed, accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins, and access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a strong password and tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
Children
Yerjung is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's data for our own purposes.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell signed-in users.
